Founder. Operator. Advisor.

I've built businesses.I've broken things.I've started over.

I help founders and service-business owners build companies that don't depend on them carrying the whole thing alone.

The short version

I'm not a career consultant. I'm an operator.

Over the last decade, I've grown a service business, hired the wrong people, hired the right people, built teams, lost sleep, made expensive mistakes, exited a company, and started over again.

I've also been on the other side of it — significant financial setbacks, including personal bankruptcy. I know what happens when growth, pressure, debt, leadership, and reality all collide at once. Then I rebuilt from the ground up: a new company, new customers, momentum earned back the slow way.

That experience gave me a pretty clear view of what actually moves a business forward: people, systems, sales, leadership, and the founder's ability to stop being the bottleneck.

What I help with

The things that actually move a service business.

01

Sales systems

A predictable way to win work that isn't just you closing every deal.

02

Referral marketing

Turning word of mouth into something you can actually count on.

03

Hiring and team structure

Who to hire, when, and how to build a team that holds.

04

EOS and accountability

Clear ownership, real numbers, and meetings that move things.

05

Premium positioning

Charging what the work is worth without apologizing for it.

06

Founder leadership

Leading people when the weight is on you and the room is watching.

07

Service business operations

The systems behind the work — scheduling, quality, follow-through.

08

Starting over / rebuilding

What to do when it falls apart and you have to go again.

How we work together

Three ways to get an operator in your corner.

Explore advisory

Advisory Call

A focused one-on-one call to work through a specific business challenge.

Best for a single hard decision or a problem you keep circling.

Founder Advisory

Most common

Ongoing guidance for operators who need practical help with sales, systems, hiring, and leadership.

A steady second set of eyes as you build, month over month.

Small Operator Groups

A private group for service-business owners who want sharper thinking, honest feedback, and accountability.

A room of people running real businesses, not spectators.

Need a second set of operator eyes on your business?

Bring the real problem. I'll bring the honest feedback.
