Get an operator in your corner.

One format: a paid advisory call. Sixty focused minutes for moving company and home services owners, with someone who's actually run one — built it, broken it, rebuilt it. Bring the real problem. I'll bring the answer nobody around you will.

How it works

Book, prep, talk, move.

01

Book it

Send the form with what's stuck. I reply with the payment and scheduling link — $500, paid when you book.

02

Prep

A short questionnaire before we talk: your numbers, your team, the real problem. The hour starts at full speed.

03

The call

Sixty minutes, no script, no deck. We work the problem the way operators do.

04

The recap

Within 24 hours you get it in writing: what we decided and the next three moves.

The fine print

Why this isn't a firm.

I'm not building an advisory practice. I run my own companies — that's the day job, and I like it. Calls are the one format that fits around real operating work, which is exactly why the advice stays sharp.

Paid calls keep it honest on both sides. You show up with the real problem because the hour costs something. I give you the straight answer because there's no retainer to protect. If one call isn't enough, book another. That's the whole funnel.

Starting over / rebuilding

Not sure a call is worth it? Take the scorecard first, or email me what's going on. If I don't think an hour with me will move it, I'll tell you before you pay. I'm not interested in selling you something that won't work.

Questions

Before you ask.

Are you a business coach?

No. I'm an operator. I took a moving company from $200k to $5 million, lost most of it including a personal bankruptcy, and built another one. You're getting someone who has actually done it, not a certificate.

Who do you work with?

Moving company and home services owners — movers, junk removal, cleaning, lawn care, the trades. Usually somewhere between $200k and a few million in revenue, and tired of being the bottleneck in their own company.

What does it cost?

$500, paid when you book. That covers prep beforehand, sixty focused minutes, and a written recap of what we decided. No packages, no retainer, no upsell waiting at the end of the call.

Why paid only?

Because free calls turn into free discovery for people who never act on any of it. When there's skin in the game, you show up with the real problem and we actually get somewhere in an hour. I'd rather do a handful of serious calls a month than fifty maybes.

Do you do retainers or ongoing advisory?

No. I still run my own companies, and that's the point — you're getting advice from an operator who's in it, not a consultant building a book of business. If one call isn't enough, book another. That's the whole funnel.

How is this different from a consultant?

A consultant hands you a framework and leaves. I've made the mistakes I'm helping you avoid, so you get straight answers and the scar tissue to back them up.

Want someone to look at your business who won't just tell you what you want to hear?

Bring the real problem, not the cleaned-up version. I'll bring the honest answer you're paying everyone around you not to give.
